EMoS student Ali Ziryawulawu on 13 January presented his research-based innovation to new students and the broader NM-AIST community during the 2nd NM-AIST Innovation Day. Ali spoke also on behalf of his team mates Elvira Khwatenge and Frank Samson, fellow EMoS students of the 4th cohort who started their studies in January 2022.
Their joint project explores how Augmented Reality (AR) can be harnessed to address the issues surrounding Chemistry education in secondary schools. Besides being a student of Embedded an Mobile Systems, Ali is an Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineer with Ugandan vehicle and mobility company Kiira Motors.
