About the World Vegetable Center
The World Vegetable Center is an international nonprofit research and development institute. It is committed to alleviating poverty and malnutrition in the developing world through the increased production and consumption of nutritious and health-promoting vegetables.
The Center mobilizes resources from the public and private sectors to disseminate improved varieties and production methods in developing countries. We help farmers increase vegetable harvests, raise incomes in poor rural and urban households, create jobs, and provide healthier, more nutritious diets for families and communities
Starting this year, the World Vegetable Center will also host internships for EMoS students as part of their Master programme. The first intern will start in February.
