During the week from the 10th to the 14th of January 2022, NM-AIST held their Welcome Week for the new academic year 2021/2022. The fourth cohort of EMoS students was amongst those attending for registration and orientation.
On Thursday, 14th of January, the Welcome Week reached its ceremonial highlight. During the official Welcoming Ceremony on this day Centre Leader Dr Kisangiri Michael gave a talk on Digital Skills for an Innovative East African Industry (dSkills@EA).
Twentynine students enrolled for the EMoS Programme in this new academic year 2021/2022. Of these 29 students, 24 hold a scholarship from the Centre of Excellence for ICT in East Africa (CENIT@EA), 6 are privately funded.
