Centre of Excellence for ICT in East Africa (CENIT@EA) at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) is organising a professional training on Soft Skills. The event is scheduled to take place at the NM-AIST Campus, Arusha – Tanzania from 13th to 17th July 2020.
The main objective of the training is empowering participants to unleash their personal potential through personal, career development and transformation prior to entering job market. The five (5) days Training program will equip students with skills on their personal to organisational development.
The Soft Skills training is basically a tailor made program that focuses on best practices that will enable students to become competent in the contemporary social economic spheres from local to international levels.
Participants to this event includes selected students of Embedded and Mobile Systems under CENIT@EA at NM-AIST and students from universities from the East African region. In recognising the importance of link with industry, the workshop will be facilitated by a professional consultant in Soft Skills.
The Professional Training is one of the core jobs of the center of promoting regional and international cooperation, applied-oriented training, and linkage with industries, with a strong focus on technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
